Description: |
6-Month, Temporary Position (Two Part-time staff needed)
Responsible for assisting Client Intake staff with conducting client intake activities including but not limited to: enrolling clients by phone, gathering information and documents from clients, distributing formula to client, and providing information and referrals to assist clients. Due to COVID-19 contact with clients is limited. Staff and clients must follow strict Company COVID-19 policies and guidelines (ex. Wearing masks, sanitization of desk, hand sanitizer use, social distancing, etc.)
Description of Duties:
•Conduct client enrollment process via phone or in person. Note: Due to COVID-19, agency follows contactless procedures).
•Answer phones to schedule appointments, providing directions and instructions to office locations, information and referrals, etc.
•Distribute formula and/or other items to clients via contactless delivery method.
•Keep Manager of Client Services informed of any program issues
•Other duties as necessary and assigned

Skills: |
•High school diploma or GED
•Bi-lingual (preferred)
•Good Communication skills
•Good customer service skills
•Good data entry skills
•Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
